David Baker, our Food & Beverage Director, brings over a decade of hospitality and restaurant experience to Ayres Hotel & Suites Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. David got his start at the famed Studio Restaurant at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach where he worked alongside James Beard winner, Chef James Boyce. During his five-year tenure there, he and his team earned the coveted Mobil Five Star Award for 2008. He has also held the Executive Chef title at the popular Hilton Checkers in Downtown LA.
David’s creativity, eye for detail and love of farmer’s market ingredients bring a fresh and innovative feel to Le Chateau.
